I hold MSc. degree in Chemical Engineering with 30 years of experience in all technical, quality, operational, regulatory, strategic, business and management related aspects of Pharmaceutical Industry. My three decades of experience in every aspect of the pharmaceutical industry; an advanced and well-regulated industry with progressive management and business culture and content, enabled me to lead the whole organization towards realizing and stating its value proposition and set its strategic objectives and plan and executes its strategy . My diversified hands-on experience in almost all areas of the industry with special and long experience in the technical and operational areas, where I was directly involved in all industrial operations areas from product development through facilities design, qualification and operation, to supply chain and quality management and all related planning , execution and problem solving exercises side by side with my management experience are a blend that enables any organization to excel under my leadership. Out of many achievements throughout my career life, I am proud of my ability to establish new functions and facilities and transforming an ordinary group of people into an efficient team. Examples are many; I established from scratch many departments such as, QA, Regulatory Affairs, Validation, Projects Management, Strategy Management, Subsidiaries Management, Technology Transfer, and Supply Chain.
